House Fails to Overturn Bush Veto on Children's Health Insurance

Well, it was a long shot. Too bad that Bush hasn't learned from it. He still thinks that his word is law. Bush has indicated he is not willing to accept a bill that goes beyond his initial $5 billion expansion over five years.
